I cannot find my property?

The easiest way to find the property is to search for the property from the main page, but if you do not find it, just submit a fresh entry here.

Be aware that if you previously entered a property, you may have duplicated the entry, and then you just choose the correct one you wish to be representative of your property.

To submit a fresh entry, simply follow this link  or just click on the +Submit Entry link on the top right hand side of the page.

When I try to Nominate my property, the submission does not complete.

To nominate your property, go to the bare bones listing of your property, and click on the Nominate Now! link.

Then fill in your details in the form you are presented with. Be sure to fill in all the details for the button at the bottom to turn blue, before you submit.

Please make sure to fill in your Business email and email address correctly, and then click the “Nominate this Establishment Now! button.

Do not forget to fill in your email address at “NEW USER? PLEASE ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AGAIN*”

Before you submit, the “Nominate This Establishment Now!” button has to turn blue. For this button to turn blue before you submit, all the required information needs to be filled on on the submission form.

After you submit the form, you will receive an email with your login details.

Once the nomination was approved, you can login to your page to add the final detail, before submitting your final entry.

I want to edit my entry.

If at any time you want to edit you entry, at any stage, follow these directions.

If your entry is in an advanced stage of the process, you need to be logged in to be able to view the entry. It is always best to log in first.

Go to “Sign in” at the top, right hand side of the page, and Log in.

Help!! I lost my password

Search for the username and password you received when you registered.

Search for your username and password amongst your emails in your inbox, by searching for the terms “Top Travel username”.

Fill in your Login details and Sign in.

Then go to your page. You will see the blue Edit botton at the bottom of your page. Click this button to edit your page. You can always come back and edit your page.

When you are done, click “Update and Preview” at the bottom.

You can also re-edit your entry again by clicking on the “Edit” button at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.

There is an error when I want to submit a listing

You might get this error shown on the right hand side.

Go through your submission and see if you left out any information, and add it before you resubmit.

If for some reason you do not have a website address, or any of the other required information, just fill in something for now. For instance for the website, fill in www.website.com to act as a placeholder.

For you to see your listing, make payment or edit your entry, you have to be logged in.

Some people are lucky enough to be logged in automatically when they go to their entry:

Normally if you use the same browser that you made the nomination/entry from, you will be logged in automatically. You are then able to pay by clicking the link in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Things to do:

  • Make sure you open the link in the same browser you submitted the entry/nomination. Sometimes the browser you use, is not your email client’s default browser that it uses to open links.

  • If that does not work, search for the username and password you received when you registered.

If you are logged in automatically, you can pay by clicking on the “Pay & Publish” button, at the bottom right-hand side of the page.

Logging in manually to pay and/or view your entry.

Go to “Sign in” at the top, right hand side of the page, and Log in.

Help!! I lost my password

Help! I really really cannot find my password.

Go to the “Sign in” sign, and click it to get the login form.

Then click on the “Forgot Password” section in light blue, on the bottom right hand side.

Then on the next screen, fill in your email address and click “Get New Password” to receive your new password.

After you signed in, go to your page, and in the bottom right hand side of the page you will see the “Pay and Publish” button. Please click on this button to proceed.

Next, tick Payfast, and click “Proceed to Next”.

If you have a coupon code, mark “Coupon Code”, and click “Apply Code”. Please accept the Terms and conditions, and “Proceed to next”.
